Established in order to combat against unwarranted and unethical injustices carried out within the global music industry, Taja Archive acts as both a local publishing site, as well as an educational centre that is passionate in helping local songwriters raise their knowledge on songwriters’ rights. This all will lead to the ultimate goal of a heightened economic growth of the creative arts industry within Malaysia.

This goal is carried out in a few methods; namely in the publishing efforts of local songwriters. Taja Archives functions in establishing the professional careers of local songwriters, giving them a jump start in the early parts of their professional journey by disseminating legal advices pertaining to their works.

Moreover, Taja Archive helps in the advancement of the local music industry by meeting with local songwriters, talents and students within seminar and teaching contexts, which elevates the standings of songwriters in Malaysia within the professional world. Through these educational processes, the next generation of songwriters, educated with the experience of the earlier generation, will likely make informed decisions relating to their professional journey within the field.

Through these efforts, Taja Archive envisions to grow into a local publishing company that is widely known within local fields; later on the world. Their target is to expand with the use of newer and innovative technology and methods to help local songwriters, especially having their contacts with affiliates overseas initiated, which will allow for international expansion.

Additionally, as hinted from the name of the company, they are slowly collecting the local works of the talents they work with in order to create an archive of metadata for the songwriters. This system ideally will one day be fully-functional that would be able to alert the agents and songwriters whenever their works are played; hence, creating a support system for those within music field in Malaysia for the circle to be completed.

Even more so, looking at alternative goals besides financial ones in business, this branch focuses on improving communal growths and solidifying relationships within families and friends. This principle is formed with the idea goal of a digital library accessible around the world that store records of past works for the present and future generation.
