Archive Capital Sdn. Bhd. is the recording label of the Hub. They deal with multiple aspects of artists, namely:

Their recordings – the recording process and the distribution of the works
The administrations – general admin works either directly relating to the copyright and performance royalty matters of the artists, or non-direct works relating to work that is outsourced to them from companies in need of producers and label services
The talents’ management – helping in caring for the talents’ welfare relating to recording and performing contracts and agreements

With said aspects, Archive Capital’s vision is to create a new generation of artists and talents that are more expressive of their own selves, as well as being communicative with those they work with. This is to ensure the bridging of their artistic message to their final product.

How is this done? By relaying personal touches and care between the different heads that work together in bringing to life the artists’ ideal concept and insight. As no man is an island, this synergy created from the communication existing within said human bonds will elevate the level of musicality within the local industry to a higher level.

Background

Of the three divisions, Archive Capital stands as the recording label of the company. This branch started with a collective repertoire of 100 songs personally composed and created by Taja Mustapha during his active days. Realizing the need to systematically organize his works and to create an archive to store said works, the idea of the label was then given birth.

Contrary to popular belief, this idea was already formed before the business even piloted, which gained traction within the eyes of songwriters and musicians close within his circle. With Kimmy Khir’s skills of meticulosity and attention to details in this effort, musicians within this uncanny duo’s circle eventually came and inquired, leading to the inception of this effort as an offered service to their close inner-circle of musicians at first, before opening up to more clients.

The immediate work, which lasts until today, was to offer services of external data entry as outsourced work. This was done through the administration for registration for royalty bodies and licensing, as well as archiving their master recordings.

Meet Uncle Hussain

As a band that needs little to no introduction, Meet Uncle Hussain (MUH) has been exploding stages of varying degrees with their musical works that seem to have journalists and writers finishing their inks. With their active progress of winning the Anugerah Juara Lagu in 2008, releasing magical albums that are at the edge of the people’s tongues, and not letting the COVID situation overpower them by releasing a ‘homemade’ product titled Fasa 5 Dari Jauh (Phase 5 from Afar), MUH are not letting up when it comes to their collective musical indignations in composing and performing their songs, as well as their undeniable capabilities as individual talents paving the way in the Malaysian music industry.

Adi Priyo Sambodo

An Indonesian-born artist, Adi’s musicianship and artistic talents can be heard and felt throughout his discography; most notably from his works with the rockband 6ixth Sense. However, his individualistic expression in music and arts is a force not be reckoned with, as his songs naturally have a tendency of captivating the listeners.

Putri Dahlia

An emerging talent, young and bold and brave, she's taking the local music scene by storm with her sultry vocals and songwriting skills. Born of Malaysian music legends, Putri is poised to be a force to be reckoned with.
